Established for 25 years, The Research Factor has come of age.  We are a full service (qual and quant) agency working in the B2C and B2B market sectors: we are solution-driven (not process-led) and think outside the box to achieve research which is honed, accurate, insightful and above all optimised to achieve the greatest ROI in terms of actionability and decision making empowerment.

Our role is to:

  • challenge the brief, to ensure that objectives are sensible, researchable and actionable
  • design and execute research which can meet those objectives
  • deliver insights and recommendations which meet objectives, inform decision making and move the business forward

Our flexible working model means that we work with, and support our clients in a number of ways:

  • a team-based working relationship (developing the parameters of research needs at the outset with internal stakeholders and outcomes; working with the client team to identify opportunities and accountabilities arising from the results )
  • full service research projects (qualitative and/or quantitative)
  • consultancy only – advising on the research needed to support marketing and business strategy; making your existing data work harder for you
    • field and tab- possibly the most intelligent field and tab service you could find: we question the questionnaire, double check the integrity of data and specify the analysis that would be most helpful to you
    • accessing omnibus/online panels or other third party providers
    • market investigations/studies
